I extend my sincere appreciation to the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for its visionary initiative of establishing Quality Enhancement Cells (QECs) across public and private sector universities. This pivotal move has enabled Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Degree Awarding Institutions (DAIs) to align their academic standards with national and international benchmarks. I firmly believe that collaboration among QECs can foster a synergistic impact on the higher education landscape of Pakistan.
